CLEARWATER, FL – Ten small business owners who submitted an application to take part in Florida’s first and only Tourism Innovation business incubator will make up the first cohort of the program this Fall. AMPLIFY Clearwater, the leading business advocacy organization in the North Pinellas region, is partnering with Clearwater-based Economic Impact Catalyst (EIC) to execute this exciting new initiative.
“We are excited to launch the first cohort of our highly-anticipated incubator program with the 10 businesses selected by our external scoring committee,” shared Amanda Payne, President/CEO of AMPLIFY Clearwater.
Here are the selected businesses, in alphabetical order:

- Aspirations Winery
- Betty Shop St Pete
- CR World
- Essentials Spa of Clearwater
- Fishing Clearwater Inshore
- Girls Sailing
- One Medical Centers
- Paddle Pub Clearwater
- Tourism Transit System
The first 10-week cohort is set to start in October of 2023, culminating with a Pitch Night on Tuesday, December 12th, 2023, where all cohort businesses will get a chance to present in front of investors and community stakeholders.
Applications can already be submitted for the second cohort, set to start in the Spring of 2024. In between cohorts, bootcamp classes will be held for small businesses. Interested candidates can visit www.amplifyclearwater.com/incubator to learn more and to apply for the programs.
