Amalie Arena is within walking distance, as are the Florida Aquarium and Tampa Bay History Center. It is perfect for date nights, family outings and Tampa Bay Lightning tailgates.
  1. Downtown River Arts – This is the epicenter of Tampa’s cultural scene. Catch a show at the Straz Center or Tampa Theater, fall in love with modern masterpieces at the Tampa Museum of Art or take in the scenic waterfront at the entrance to Tampa’s famed Riverwalk. Other attractions include the Glazer Children’s Museum and the Florida Museum of Photographic Arts.
  1. Water Street – Sleek, modern and green, Water Street was built to be explored on foot. Public art installations grace the district, adding to the contemporary feel. Downtown Clearwater offers a laid-back coastal lifestyle with a blend of small-town charm and seaside allure. The city’s coastal beauty, friendly vibe and range of amenities make it an appealing destination for those looking to call it home.

Downtown Clearwater District

  1. Cleveland Street – Clearwater has seen a great revitalization in recent years, most notably in its Cleveland Street District. Shops, bars, restaurants and more line the walkable streets, while weekends see the roads shut down for live music and farmers markets. The redevelopment of Coachman Park, with the addition of The Sound, provides a gorgeous, seaside venue for world-famous acts to perform. The Capitol Theater, a century-old landmark and one of the state’s oldest continuously operated theaters, underwent a massive renovation project in 2013.
