LEADERSHIP AMPLIFIED IS A HYBRID INTERACTIVE TRAINING PROGRAM DESIGNED TO TRANSFORM YOU INTO AN ELITE LEADER.
CLEARWATER, FL – After two successful cohorts, AMPLIFY Clearwater is once again accepting applications for Leadership AMPLIFIED, a hybrid interactive professional development program, starting in the fall.
“Our community can appreciate that qualified talent is a rare commodity,” explains Amanda Payne, President/CEO of AMPLIFY Clearwater. “Just because a team member is great at what they do, doesn’t mean they have the training or resources to become a manager. Through our foundation and the Leadership AMPLIFIED program, we are able to assist our investors in bridging the gap between great workers and successful leaders,” adds Payne.
Leadership AMPLIFIED kicks off in October, with a two-day, in-person retreat. Following the opening retreat, cohort members will meet once a month, alternating in-person and virtual gatherings, until they complete the program in May of 2024.
“This course gave me the skills to view leadership in a different perspective and encouraged me to look deeper into the way I handle myself in a team environment as well as individually,” shares Debra Jones, Vice President and Branch Manager at Regions Bank, and graduate of Leadership AMPLIFIED Class of 2022.
