The St. Pete Pier boasts beautiful views, ample amenities, thoughtful accessibility and now an award for urban design.

On July 12, the Urban Land Institute (ULI) awarded ten developments the 2022 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence.  Not only was the St. Pete Pier recognized as a winner, but it was the only development to win in the Southeast United States.
