  • Homes have sold for 18-19% more than they did one year ago in the Tampa Bay area. 
    • The median sold price in Pasco County was $326,346 in January 2023.  
    • The median sold price in Pinellas County was $383,365 in January 2023. 
    • The median sold price in Hillsborough County was $391,116 in January 2023.
