Greater Tampa Bay homebuyers can discover their dream home at the Tampa Bay Parade of Homes™ March 18-26. The Tampa Bay Builders Association’s (TBBA) legacy event is an opportunity for the community to learn about new home ideas in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough counties.
The Spring Parade of Homes offers both consumers and real estate professionals a chance to explore the latest developments in the housing industry.
Newest Designs
The annual tour will highlight custom home options, as well as property enhancement ideas.
The most recent design, layout and architecture trends will be on display for prospective homebuyers and current homeowners interested in renovations. In order to showcase the latest models, all homes in the parade must be less than three years old.
Sales teams can answer questions about buying, building or renovating. They also have an online directory to help find custom homes or project builders.
Builders will compete for best in show awards in curb appeal, kitchen, primary suite and bath, floor plan, architectural detailing, merchandising and outdoor living.
Market Trends
Forbes.com ranked Tampa No. 1 on their list of the Best Places to Live in Florida in 2022. The GTB housing market continues to attract out-of-town buyers.
TBBA Executive Vice President Lauren Morgan said that both the demand for housing in the market remains strong and the inventory has improved.
“Many builders have reintroduced incentives, making this the perfect time to explore the benefits of buying this season,” Morgan said. “Whether you’re a seasoned homeowner or a first-time buyer, our Spring Parade of Homes is an ideal place to start your search.”
More than 60 homes will be available to tour throughout the area. Admission is free and open to the public Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
In addition to the in-person tour, a digital parade is available at Tampabayparadeofhomes.com. The comprehensive online tool will remain on their website all year as a resource for the community.
